Columbia Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors celebrated the name change of the CoMoGives year end campaign to CentralMOGives with a ribbon cutting on April 8, 2026.

On Wednesday, April 8, the Community Foundation of Central Missouri (CFCM) hosted a special ribbon-cutting ceremony to announce a new name for the campaign formerly known as CoMoGives.

This rebrand marks an important evolution for the giving campaign, reflecting its growth beyond Columbia to better represent and serve the full Central Missouri Region—supporting nonprofits that address a wide range of needs, perspectives, and communities.

"The campaign's new name reflects the 10-county region CFCM serves and will help more donors discover Central Missouri nonprofits they can support with their gifts each December," said Eric Sappington, Executive Director of CFCM. 

Nonprofits in the 10-county area served by the CFCM that meet annual 501(c)(3) requirements are eligible to be part of the campaign.
